Here's Bixel Ford on Cherry Street
It’s 1969 on Cherry Street, Bluffton.
No, that’s not M&R Plumbing and Heating. That’s Bixel Ford. You could purchase a Ford Galaxy, Ford Fairlane, Ford Torino, Ford Cobra, Ford LTD and even a Mustang or a Ford station wagon.
At this time in Bluffton the other new car dealer was Clark Buick, now where Tommy Tire is located on North Main Street.
Needless to say, Bluffton had many, many Ford and Buick owners during the 1960s.
