Meanwhile in Ada

A scene from 1902 at the Pennsylvania station in a village south of Bluffton

A few miles south of Bluffton, traveling on the County Line Road, you'll stop at the Lincoln Highway.

It's a two-lane paved highway that travels east and west across the country. Take the Lincoln three miles east and then take the next cross road south. You can almost see Ada from there.

Of course, if you travel by rail, and if Ohio Northern University is soon-to-be in session for the fall term, you might run into this scene. That is if the year is 1902.

You'll see it when you cross the double-track Pennsylvania Railroad on Ada's Main Street. You can't miss it.
